Someone has been listening to the ‘Sex Pistols’. Anyone who says that punk is dead is a lier. Despite that lack of any attitude any more the music is as alive and kicking as ever. From the start of Sex, Drugs, Anarchy the hey day of punk is once more revivied
If your looking for something new then you wont find it here, Gemini Five arent doing anything that hasn’t been done before by countless other punk bands but it is executed with skill and precision. Every track will leave you reeling from the barrage of sound attacking your ears. Almost every track is very easy to listen to and leaves its own impression, making the whole album highly listenable.
There is very little that is bad about this album, it is actually annoying that it is almost impossible to find anything. There are far too many commercialised so called punk bands attempting to revive punk by playing watered down trash that appeals to floppy fringed teenagers but Gemini Five have made a stonker of an album that is capable of kick starting the genre again.
